If you are part of the Windows insider program then you can update your current Windows 10 as a beta tester, if you don't want to risk breaking your current PC but want the chance to test drive the new OS before you install it, Blue Edge developers have created a demo webpage:
You will find most of the functions have been included, however, there are some expected limitations, none of the programs will run, but it will give you a good idea of how the new Windows 11 GUI will function. Microsoft have also tones down the various system sounds as discussed in an interview with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella on the CNBC website, apparently so they are less alarming for the user.
